Therapeutic Services
The Outdoor Therapist is a play and filial therapist offering therapeutic support across the lifespan — from early childhood through to adulthood. Rooted in relationship and guided by the principles of attuned, child-led practice, her work weaves together evidence-based therapeutic interventions with the regulating power of the natural world.

Sessions may unfold beneath open skies, beside trees, or in gentle movement through woodland paths, where metaphor, sensory experience, and creative expression become powerful tools for healing.

Therapeutic Services
Nature is not simply a backdrop but an active partner in the therapeutic process — offering rhythm, containment, reflection, and restoration.
A devoted lover of wild water and moonlit skies, she draws personal inspiration from swimming in rivers, tending her own grown food, botanical art, and working respectfully with plant medicine. This reverence for the land quietly informs her practice, bringing depth, steadiness, and authenticity to the space she holds. Her approach honours the cyclical nature of human experience — the ebb and flow of emotion, the seasons of growth and rest — creating therapy that feels grounded, spacious, and deeply human.
Healing here is not hurried; it moves like the tide — steady, patient, and guided by its own knowing.
