We provide an outdoor, nature-based, holistic learning and wellbeing hub that nurtures the whole child through seasonal and cyclical exploration, and immersive experiences that spark intellectual curiosity, develop spiritual connection, nurture emotional wellbeing, and support physical development.

Into the woods we go...
We are based on the Chester House Estate. We are so fortunate to be situated on a site with such an abundance of wildlife and areas of natural beauty for our little people to explore, immerse themselves within, and learn about. Not to mention the rich historical importance of the site, which has archeological evidence of human activity for the last 10,000 years.
We have access to 85 acres of the most stunning meadows, woodlands and lakes that the River Nene runs through. We have a beautiful stone barn that provides us with a base that is central to the estate, and direct access to a children’s playground and museum.
Sessions
Here you can find out more about our weekly sessions that are taking place. These will be updated each half term and will run alongside our full and half day service for children 5-9 years old.
Sessions are outdoor based, nature inspired, child lead and Montessori informed.
Workshops
We have a varied, creative and wide range of workshops on offer throughout the year ahead. These will include one off seasonal celebrations and gatherings.
We have some highly skilled practitioners, experts of traditional crafts, musicians, creatives, poets, performers and artists joining us across the year.
We are confident that there is something here for everyone.
Courses
We are hosting a variety of courses for a range of different ages. Our course facilitators are knowledgeable, passionate and bring a wealth of expertise in their tailored alternative learning experiences. These are largely across the areas of the arts, performance, ecology and the natural environment, apothecary, and wellbeing, to name but a few.
